Warren Stumpf, CIC, has 40 years of insurance experience. A Wilkes College Graduate, he founded Capital Region Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1996 – located on the river in Wormleysburg, PA, looking at the Capital (Harrisburg). Licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, New Jersey and North Carolina, CRIA, INC has been serving well over 4000 clients for all of their insurance needs for 23 years. Service, service, service for prospective and current customers is highly stressed.
Warren specializes in commercial insurance (bonding, workers compensation, commercial property & liability, and professional liability). CRIA, Inc. also has personal lines, life insurance and health insurance departments. Besides running CRIA, Inc., Warren is an elected borough council member of Wormleysburg and is involved with the local YMCA.

Tara D. Snody joined Capital Region Insurance Agency in 1996. Tara assists the agents in selling, quoting and marketing products and services. Provides quality service to our agency customers. Provides surety bonds of various types. Focusing on Commercial Lines since 1996, providing assistance to the Personal Lines. Conducts annual policy reviews for all clients focusing on life changes relevant to their financial plan, current gaps and risks they are susceptible to. Business development, external marketing and building referral sources.
Tara is also a resident of Wormleysburg for the past 8 years with her family. She enjoys biking, hiking, walking and vacationing with her family at the beach.

Logan W. Stumpf, CPIA
Commercial Lines Producer
Logan officially joined Capital Region Insurance Agency in 2017 after working for CRIA’s Financial Services department, 1847Financial, in Conshohocken. He was a student athlete throughout his college career at Gardner-Webb University and graduated from West Chester University in 2016. Logan focuses on Commercial lines insurance and is also the Marketing & Social Media Manager. He is a varsity boys basketball coach at his alma mater, Cedar Cliff High School, Board Member at the local YMCA, and involved with the Bethesda Mission of Harrisburg.
Mike E. Corcoran

Mike began his insurance career in 2016 and joined CRIA in January 2020. He is a native of Mount Joy and a graduate of Penn State University. He loves spending his spare time with his wife and daughter, reading, golfing, and vacationing at the Jersey Shore. Mike has his Property & Casualty and Life, Health, & Accident insurance licenses.
Ellen M. Long
Ellen graduated from Millersville University in 1987. She began her insurance career in 1989, licensed as an independent adjuster. She has extensive claims knowledge and handles the claims for Capital Region Insurance Agency. Ellen also works with the clients to review their home and auto policies at renewal to insure appropriate coverage. Ellen joined Capital Region Insurance Agency in 2015. She lives in New Cumberland with her husband for over 25 years. She enjoys reading, gardening, baking, and vacationing at the beach.
Pamela L. Mumford
Pamela joined Capital Region Insurance Agency in November 2018. She has 25 years of experience in customer service.
Pam is a resident of Camp Hill for the past 13 years. She has 3 children and 1 grandchild. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Barney.
William M. Tillett, LUTCF
Life & Senior Health Care Manager
Mitch has 33 years of experience in the life insurance and financial service industry.
He joined CRIA, Inc. in July 2018 to head the Life Insurance and Senior Health Care (Medicare) Department. He has licenses in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Mitch enjoys assisting businesses and individuals to provide and protect their income at retirement or due to disability or death. Mitch also enjoys helping people through the planning process to identify financial risk, and to take action to protect their two most important assets: their income and their loved ones.
Mitch lives in Linglestown, PA and has three children, Max, Mary, and Natalie. In his spare time he likes to golf, ski, and hike.
